from no sleep. it's 6 am where I am and I haven't slept one wink yet. my alarm will go off in an hour. it's from the coffee I had at 3 pm yesterday. I feel like punching myself. I'm starting a new job and have a month of training that I'm starting at 9 this morning. I know some people can handle no or very little sleep better than others, but I'm definitely not like that. I was wondering what you guys do to help cope with a day without sleep, besides coffee? I'm so angry right now I feel like coming out of my skin.
