So I went to the doctor after waking up feeling horrible, barely able to breath, and with a very rough cough. I was miserable.
Well, the doctor thinks I have allergies, too, since I have a runny nose, headache, sinus pressure, etc. Which compounds to my quitting cough.
Anyways, I got some steroids to ease the inflammation in my chest and sinuses and that has helped ease my cough ALOT. But the steroids cause insomnia, so I got some codeine cough syrup, too.
I'm barely even taking my Chantix anymore because I'm on so many different friggin drugs now. I haven't wanted to smoke in a while now. It's been 25 days smoke free now.
Ummm, so yea, corticosteroids. They help.
