I began recovery after a relapse with this prayer..even before I had a Big Book.
I had memorized it.
Then, for some reason..I got away from it for awhile. Everything seemed to go wrong.
Believe me..this is the first thing I do before I open my eyes each day..no matter what.
It works, for me anyway.
