I am lucky that I really love spinach salads...add almond slivers, strawberries etc....they are really munchy to me....like chips etc are to some people.
If I had the stuff you just ate readily available to me...I would eat it all too. Because i like yummy things.
I seem to want to eat the house down late at night.
I saw a show the other night that has made me aware and saying no to most sugars.
When I really want a sweet I eat a small handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips...they are so rich I am never tempted to eat half or whole bag.
It takes 20 minutes for the food you eat to hit the "full" sensors in your stomach so I don't eat until I feel full......and I drink alot with a meal.
I am not on a diet...just making some lifestyle adaptations.
