I blew it on the caffeine today...I ate half a bag of M&M's (a BIG bag) and had a soda (at least it was diet). (and I had two baked potatoes, some jelly beans, two large pieces of chicken, a good bit of pasta salad...I'm sure I'm forgetting something...)
Do I just drink water until I'm bursting full? Does doing that once help? Or drinking water around the day?
What was working up until today was eating smaller amounts more frequently...Ah ha! I think it started yesterday...I blew it in the evening. I had steak and 7-layer salad. I ate it because I really like steak, even though at the time I was full from eating 3 hours beforehand. I should not have done that. I need to be consistent with eating ONLY when I'm actually hungry. *headdesk* Why is this so difficult to do? I know, I'm whining.
