Please remember that stress releases cortosol, a stress hormone. That hormone increases the amount of belly fat we carry. It also ncreases our probability of getting heart disease and diabetes. I know because I have the same issues. And I'm bringing this up because of your share on my thread in the other forum. So, it's important to understand that our physiological responses to stress add to our weight issues. It's not an excuse, but, is means we shouldn't be beating ourselves up as we work at ways to keep ourselves healthy. Cuz, we deserve to be healthy.
