I've done the beck anxiety and depression inventory before. I found them on the web, though I just tried to find them now, and can't.
But, the doc said they were quite well respected and are geared to the DSM IV. So they are the test that is regarded today. (Frankly, I don't know if that's a good thing or not, if you know what I mean...
)
