Hi everyone, Just wanted to update everyone. I tried to stopping smoking last week without much luck. I saw my Dr. today and got my starter kit for chantix. I'm hopeful that this will help. I didn't realise you still smoke the first week you start taking it. I did cut back some.

I'm also getting my mind more ready this time and praying to my HP to help me be "willing" and also have "acceptance" to quit smoking.
