Working extra hard controlling my moods

I everyone been awhile since I've been here and thought I'd share.

I'm in the process of moving back home to my family talk about major stress which is defiantly not good on my moods. I'm almost done getting my lifeguarding certificate so I can get off SSI and start working.

So to help destress myself I decided the house needed purging off all the clutter from the past 20 years that was major work and it's paying off. I've gone through everything except the basement that's next.

I'm also working on repairing the damage I've caused with my kids and husband by showing them that I can handle my moods better with eating more than I was and taking my meds. Swimming and going to my T . It's been a long hard road filled with major mood swings but no urges to drink thank god.

I don't think I've been this mentally and physically healthy in years. Still have my bad moments but know how to try to even things out.

I still worry about losing my mind and it scares me.
