Ruch, when my kids were small they couldn't remember certain words in the prayers. I told them just to talk to God as if he was your friend, ie Good Morning God, please watch over me and help me be a good boy/girl, etc. I found myself talking to God the same way and they and I continue to do exactly the same thing. As the captain said, I have conversations all day long with God and I know that when I forget He listens to my Heart. Good Luck with your conversations/prayers.
