my momma, God love her didnt really get the cooking nack until I was a teenager but oh my, her meatloaf anf mashed potatoes were something I'd give and arm for especially when she made home made bread....................

now we dont eat any of her fugde, she made some for my brother who was stationed over in Iraq during the first gulf, she sent him a HUGE box of it, they tell you not to send stuff like that because it melts after all it is like 117 in the shade.........not only did it get there it arrived not melted, my brother knowing about my mommas cooking gave it away there was enough there for his whole berricks............next day all but 3 were at the infermory..............momma got a very polite call that afternoon asking that she refrain from sending goodies any more.................we will always laugh about that now.............lol
