The near misses..yes. So many. From infancy to the present, I count nine.
Most were in the "active" times...
And, like the writer..the matter of will is more difficult.
God has taken care of me..I shouldn't be, by logic..walking around today.
Still..turning my stubborn will over is difficult at times.
And yet..it is during the difficult times that a deeper surrender saves me.
Every time.
