Hi...
If anyone knows a better forum for this to be in other than the bin... please move it....
I am in serious need of educational help....
I have to do a presentation on tuesday at college (course im doing through work).... i am NOT speaking YEAHHHHHH!!!!! (nearly pee'd my pants when told about it....in 6 months of course time i havent spoken once in the group setting)... anyway... im going off topic about being off topic....
I've been searching the net for over a week for the answer to my problem and im screwed...'mentally and optically (not sure if i just made that word up :o)'
Question:
A disabled lady goes for a job interview... is basically told wont get the job because she is disabled.
Lady takes them to tribunal....
My part of presentation is to find out:
How much would it cost and who pays???????
If anyone wants something to do over the weekend or knows the answer... please speak up and forever not hold your peace....
My last resort is trying citizens advice... but im crap talking on the phone...
Have checked out all the discrimination laws/acts etc.... but no one gives prices!!!
As i wrote in post it would definately not be fun.... SORRY
P.s..... this is in UK.
