N+ is my scourge as well! 3 years and counting. 3-5 days for physical discomfort, but it's a bit of a shock dealing with life again without the protection of the codeine bubble wrap!

I go to AA to deal with my drinking and and am trying to use the same tools for the pills, but they are TOUGH to kick!
