Wildkatz you won't have any problems at all if you do a clean install. All The XP stuff is if you try to do an upgrade from XP. Windows 7 uses most of the same drivers as vista service pack 1, so you can do the upgrade from that. Just download the free Beta of windows 7 and put it on a seperate partition. If you have a 64 bit processor download the 64 bit version, it's faster and is backward compatible with all 32 bit programs. You can leave your current O/S on and dual boot with windows 7.
