I am so sorry to know of this situation...
I have no personal experience to share
because I've not been where you are dealing
with a loved ones end stage alcoholism.
My
guess is a medical professional needs
to be consulted.
Certainly before a de tox is to be attempted.
The sad fact is not everyone who needs help
is willing to seek it.
