welp-"JUNK" with sugar covers it for me, and that includes marshmallows.....had a few tonight so I have to start over. I have have HAVE to get some acceptable snack foods or I will lose my mind, and this will keep happening.
I have been living on carrots, chicken, tuna, fat free yogurt, fat free cottage cheese and fruit---and I am hungry for a treat especially at the end of the week.
