i was wondering if anyone here on pain management (not the anti pain management people) but the pro pain management people, has been on er morphine sulfate and has also at one time or another been on methadone.
i am taking the er morphine but have never been on the methadone and was recently offered a choice between the two. im just wondering how the two compared. dose wise and effectiveness. my pain is all back and nerve type and spinal cord pressure. thank you for your responses in advance.
