I take Wellbutrin and I think one of the best things about it is the lack of side effects although it can interfere with sleep. It helps alot with my ADD, possibly more than my depression. I just know I can read and concentrate much better with the Wellbutrin. I also take Zoloft and Abilify for depression. The idea of combining Effexor and Wellbutrin is that they work in different ways so they're supposed to complement each other and produce a better effect than either one alone. Hope this helps.
