I am doing all the right things for my food sobriety! I want to stay sober therefore will not drink alcohol today. Same applies to me food sobriety. If it's not conducive to the direction I am going, then NO is the answer! I know deyond a shadow of a doubt what is acceptable and safe for me to eat. For now, if I am not sure in any way, then I don't!
