1. Don't drink (AA works better when u don't drink)
2. Go to a meeting
3. Talk to people when you get there, raise your hand, tell them your new
4. Get phone numbers
5. Call those phone numbers
As far as nutrition, some hard candy will help your sugar level you will be losing from lack of alcohol, so get some and eat it, it will probably help with that oral fixation. If you smoke, don't stop, remember, 1 vice at a time
As far as work goes, I know I missed work because of alcohol, so when it came to recovery, I had to be willing to go to any length!
