Hi there
I am in the first 3 months of sobriety and my sleep patterns are crazy! Even worse than when i was drinking! Not bothered about it at all as i know it will level off.
But i had a **** time in the first 2 weeks after stopping drinking, real horrible sleeping patterns like you are describing, is it possible, through drinking, you are reliving this 2 week cycle over and over again and that is why you constantly have this horrible sleep pattern?
