I am glad you are here too Birdy! I had been sober for 5 years and relapsed several months ago and am trying again. I think lack of meetings, feeling a little too proud of myself and being lonely and tired brought me into this mess again. Good news is that I am picking myself up and trying again. One day at a time. Today was a good day.
