A blackberry or any PDA would be an excellent Idea. I set my cell phone for all kinds of reminders.
My husband is in the military and I was years ago...and forgetting things doesn't go over very well so we sync or cell phones every day or so. We're horribly geeky but it works for us.
__________________ I am so thankful for my sobriety  I think there are so many people who want to take as many freaks as possible for a ride on the drama train, and I can't afford the ticket, so forget it.
