Hi there. That is a good question. How about printing out what you typed and showing that to him/her?

One thing that I never fully realized when I was in counseling is how much my therapist wanted feedback from me, he wanted to know if he was helping and if not, how he could change his approach in order to help more. Being completely honest with a therpist is really the only way to get things done, but you probably already know that.

Just remember, she wants to help you just as much as you want help.
