sorry it took so long to get back to this post! yeah, the wd's have me a little freaked out. and i should elaborate on the "only taking them when i need them" comment. my doc meant only when i am suffering from withdrawls.
i have a personal therapist, but i have not seen him for a few weeks. he isn't even aware of my addiction. i could maybe find an AA meeting somewhere close, but it would have to be when i'm off of work.
