I am a Christian too. I attend AA because I need it. As far as my belief in Christ, I attend church and get my spiritual growth there and freely share.
I have never heard of the James Gang, it sound good though. Perhaps you could find a celebrate recovery group if you cannot find the James Gang. Just don't make the mistake I did. I wanted to find this perfect Christian meeting and the perfect Christian sponsor and never did and relapsed.
