good for you rosie! even when i removed myself from the alcoholic, i had so much residual damage done that i needed intense therapy.
for intstance, i spent the whole day today in bed after a session yesterday that left me drained. but at least i knew it wasn't because the alcoholic was in thenext room raising all kinds of chaos.
