Hello, all - I'm starting a new round of therapy tomorrow. Had not been going since I moved back this past summer - thought I could work things through myself in the absence of the XAH - but find myself struggling still. Called today and they said "Hmm.... someone cancelled and we have an appt tomorrow at 4!" I think this is the universe telling me it's the right time to make this move! Anyway, I am ready to feel better and just need a little nudge over the rough spot. I think participating here and seeing XAH a couple of weeks ago helped me realize I still need the help. So I'm relieved and looking forward to this. Just thought I'd post about it. Thanks. R.
