Hey Chippa, I know we aren't supposed to be talking about food but I am craving soup. I am looking at Oyster Bisque and it says to simmer the oysters......does not say with or without water. Don't laugh...I don't like to cook so some of these terms get me confused. Then it says to discard any oyster dregs.....what the heck is a dreg???
