Thanks Latte. I have been prescribed Trazadone, Buspar and Lunesta for sleep disorders (I have always had a hard time sleeping but not like this). For some reason I have a very high tolerance for sleep aids, they seem to have no effect. I have never had a problem abusing them I was only drawn to the drugs that gave me a boost, I guess that's at least one addiction I don't have to worry about.
So far today I have exercised for an hour, danced with kids for an hour and we just came in from cleaning up the back yard. I am trying to completely tire out my body and mind, when I am tired enough I guess the sleep will come.
