Danny went off the deep end today. I wish to document it here. First he asked if the call was being recorded, showing that he was cognizant and premeditated. He was outraged at the State Attorney's recommendations. He spoke to me in a vile manner accusing me of controlling and ruining his life along with many other insults and sarcasm.
Then threatened to file for divorce immediately and bragged about documents he would use to ruin my life. I advised him not to take that course. He simply spewed hatred at me, at one point I simply laid down the phone. This is harassment and in direct violation of his pre-trial release. He was very verbally abusive. According to him I am the cause of all his misery and he even challenged taunting me that there were no witnesses to him hitting me and that I couldn't prove it ad nauseum.
Instead of acknowledging that I had gone out of my way to get his computer, his medications, clothing and other items to him...he made sarcastic comments about that.
He said that he would just throw the clothes away. I really do believe he is too slothful to launder them!
I sent him an email about the commitment he made to make this as smooth, civil and amicable as possible, and I have held up my end.....because the other way is a trainwreck. I also told him that the harassment was in violation of his release.
To cut it to the chase he was vomiting hatred all over me.
In my email I also spoke of self respect.
And....isn't it ironic that he asks me if the phone is recorded and trusts whatever I tell him because he knows me to be automatically honest!
I have some decisions, important ones to make, as he is not honest.
He keeps accusing me of stealing his inheritance and how he has nothing. I did not steal his inheritance. And he abandoned much of his inheritance here, as well as his responsibilites and commitments.
He had a small pity party about being homeless. It was his choice to phone me and say he was leaving and arrange to go to his sister's. I told him that as far as I was concerned, he was on a vacation!
