| Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Does anyone else deal with this issue and if so, do you have any tips.
For me, it started almost a year ago and has gradually gotten more annoying. It`s my right hand which is affected and I just recently started to get the tingling and numbness in my fingers. I think that was a result of picking up my crocheting again in the past couple of weeks. I haven`t done any work on it for a long time and my hand wasn`t cooperating at all.
I know rest is the best thing, but at work I use a computer all the time.
I have started using ice on and off, but have yet to buy one of those drugstore wrist thingys.
