How odd, getting some w/d today even tho I stopped Friday lunch time. Aches, hot flushes - what a lovely way to wake up. Plus got my womenses.

I do wonder if PMS makes it harder to stay sober. No, can't use that excuse, coz I relapse every two weeks not every month.
