Too Much, Welcome, knowledge is power especially when dealing with the many forms of Bi-Polar. If you haven't researched them yet IMPO it is very important. I was treated for Unipolar for years and was living on and off, with a low grade depression, that I never could get rid of. I had been under a lot of stress, when out of nowhere I got hit with a mixed episode of anxiety, and
major depression. When I found this board I learned about Bi-Polar II, my Pdoc is now trying to treat me for. The anxiety is under control with a mood stabilizer, but I am still in the major depressive episode that I have been in for over 6 months, but someday's like today, I feel a little better. I just thought it was important enough to at least suggest that finding out what type you are dealing with from the beginning, could save you months of pain
and frustration experimenting with trial and error. May the God of your understanding guide your efforts.
