Hi.. I was searching around the net and found a couple of great websites..... thought I'd share them with you all as I am finding them helpful.

Something that I read on the second site posted was about how stress can lead to depression.... and then it means getting out of the depression to take care of the stresses! What a vicious cycle! I know why I am depressed.... but it seems like so much energy to take care of the things that I know will lift so much weight off of my shoulders. Also - while I believe in one day at a time- while at the same time..... I am just so tired of being sick and tired.... I just want to have stability..... be it family, finances, work ........etc. And I feel that taking care of this underlying depression is what has to come first.
Anywho - just thought I'd share this with you..... I hope it's okay that I have.
