Yes, I also have fibro.
My neck, shoulders and back are the most painful areas.
I think that fibro can affect you in many ways. I have difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature so I'm usually too cold or too warm, seldom comfortable.
I have used amitriptyline for many years and it helps. It doesn't do much for the flare-ups though.
