I have fibro as well. I get the bruised feeling along my shoulders and elbows. If I don't manage the pain it wears me down and I cry at the drop of a hat.
Are there meds specifically for fibro in New Zealand? Here in the US we have Lyrica which has been a real blessing for me.
If not you have my sympathy, do hot baths help? Perhaps relaxation exercises might help.
