Yeah sounds like you are talking about suboxone - I have not been on it, but have talked to a few about it. It contains the opiode and naloxone (which is the drug EMS pump you with when you OD to send you into withdrawl). This mixture makes it impossible to really OD and get high -- but I have to imagine that attempted abuse of it could make you rather sick.

Each drug will hit you differently and it is hard to predict how tolerant of suboxone you will be.

Personally --- I wouldn't mess with it if you don't have a drug problem and can get by on the lesser drugs. I don't know you, so really cannot tell how the drugs are effecting your daily life, but I'd advise hitting up an NA meeting and talking to people there. We are not all your sterotypical homeless crack addicts - there are a lot of us who have never met a drug dealer without a PhD within the rooms. The many nurses I have met in the NA rooms have been a huge help in talking about medication for my chronic pain.
