i started taking a multi-vitamin about 2 weeks, mainly for the vit. D.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is known as a disorder that specifically affects people's moods and things depending on the season. Some are affected more than others.

My current theory is that it's not a seperated disorder, but rather just another symptom of bipolar II (probably bipolar I also, but i haven't studied it as much). I think that at the very least...that most people who are diagnosed with SAD are also bipolar II. It's easier to recognize that BPII....AND I think people are more willing to accept that diagnosis than bipolar disorder.

Either way though....it all sucks.
