| If you are being honest with yourself can you say that it's worse than when you were drinking or drugging? Until I was able to see good in the world again all I could do was stick to the fact that things weren't as bad as they were when i was using. It took a while to see that things could get better. But I always had to remember that my worst day sober was better than my best day high. Hang in there. It does get better. |
