All this song and dance clearly shows that I don't want to take this stuff. No worries, I'm NOT going to quit everything cold turkey

Far from it. But I'm certainly not going to add yet another drug to my cocktail, and... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to feel healthy and centered. I guess it's time to leap again, trusting that I'll be all right. Thanks for your insights
