this is verfy interesting....i'd like to hear more if anyone continues to keep sharing...on what foods work best for you etc...I need help and am hoping to get nore information and suggestions here.
Of course my sister is a fanatic about all this "stuff" so I have heard about the "wheat, flour and sugar" things etc. Even when I abstained from sugar and flour I was taking in a lot of wheat never knowing that maybe for me it's not ok...perhaps that has been part of my dimise lately? It sounds like a great over all plan, a great way of eating/living.
I am grateful for any information I can get right now.
