Dancinggirl, I'm sorry he was such a jerk, but maybe it's better you found out now instead of after a few dates and/or getting to like him. I'm lucky (??) I never have to worry about being stood up... cause no one asks me out in the first place!!
Actually I'm quite happy by myself, and tho I feel lonely sometimes, I have friends here and in 'real life' to talk to and love me for who I am, so I am truly blessed.
I don't really have a whine today, so I'm going to whine for my dog, the diabetic one who had surgery last Friday to remove a bump on his upper eyelid. It was for his own good, cause his right eye was always irritated and red, like having dirt in your eye all the time, and now it won't always feel like that... but he has to wear that damn E collar til next Monday and the poor guy can't even wash himself or scratch himself. I've been rubbing his face several times a day for him and he's so grateful that he licks me.
I have noticed one thing the E collar hasn't prevented... he can still eat poop out in the yard!!! Yuck yuck yuck!!! It's his only fault but sheesh! I have to go outside with them to make sure they can't do that.
