After years of experimenting with my food i have realised that white flour and sugar are a lethal combination for me so one day at a time i choose not to eat these substances. Being a recovering bulimic compulsive overeater i truly have to watch these foods as they for me create the physical craving that can lead me to bingeing. I do not find it hard to choose other foods that do not contain these substances so it is no way impossible, maybe sometimes a little bit more expensive but hey my recovery is worth it.
Hope you don't find it to hard to choose other alternatives, most people do not realise that there are a whole host of foods that can be eaten that do not contain the substances that effect us on a daily basis.
