It´s a French word for a flee, but is used all the time for "honey, my sweet," things like that. I cannot find an English equivalence for it.
I used it because I know you have broken your leg, and we say "ma puce" when someone has had a bad time. It´s difficult to explain! LOL But it´s meant in a nice way.
