Happy Labor Day everyone!
I finished exercising...and am having my standard oatmeal smoothie with a banana, pear, mango, a couple almonds, and vanilla flavored protein powder. It's been my "standard" breakfast since I came on this thread. I still enjoy making it...the only thing really processed is the protein powder...there is a lot of sugar in the fruit...but that's OK vs. what I used to eat for breakfast.
I had a healthy day yesterday...and am hopeful for one today. Take care all.
