Thank you for your welcomes. I have been surfing the forum a bit and have already found a few snippits useful. I haven't decided what type of eater I am. I think I might fit into more than one category. Ugh. What is really bad is that there are times when I do just fine. I went a whole two months without eating sweets, I exercised regularly, and lost 20 pounds...recently! Now...I've spiralled out of control and am wondering if I can eat well at all. This sucks.
