Ha ha! I found it...this place. I had started off in a whole other forum, but I think this is more suitable to my needs.
My addiction: food. Quite literally, unfortunately. I don't yet fully understand it, but I know that it gets bad. I eat and eat and eat sometimes. And other times, I can control the eating very well. My weight yo-yos horribly and I just need help. Some support.
Anyhow... I am almost 29, a military spouse who deals with deployments, work full time, a mom of two, and am a month away from graduating from college. That's me.
I look forward to getting to know more about myself and others here...and about my addiction.
