Thank you EVERYONE who is praying for ksos!!! I have not heard anything today so that means he must have been all set and got the procedure done on the correct day. Sometimes surgeries can be postponed due to financial issues, insurance issues, patients having low platelet counts or patients being just too sick for surgery at the time, but since I have not heard from Ken since the night before his surgery, I am assuming all is well. If for any reason he is home and had to reschedule his surgery he'll let us know when he's ready, but for now, I believe he's in the Hospital or at home recovering and we should continue to wish him well. Thanks again.

Practice "self-compassion". Let go of those "stupid" everyday trivial things that can bring a recovering addict to their knees. Its more important to focus on yourself and love yourself even if you do "mess-up a bit".  |
